Sheds NHL One-a-Day Tuesday

Back to .500 (10-10) following the Caps loss on Sunday. Have to play a game Tuesday since its the last big slate of games before the break.

Tuesday play:

Calgary Flames to win +100

After I put the Flames down a week ago, they have come back to prove themselves and I think the line on Tuesday is out of whack. Calgary should probably be the small fave or at least a pickem and they may be tomorrow. They are playing well while the Sharks are coming off a night-before game losing to Edmonton in a shootout. Calgary lost 2-1 last week to the Sharks so there is some revenge factor here. I like the line here at +100.


Other considerations:

Washington to win (Ovechkin out for three games but not an automatic play for me against the Caps tomorrow. How many times have I seen a team rally after their star is out. Its almost like they want to prove they can win without their star player)

NY Rangers to win in regulation (Winnipeg in a tough spot here)

Washington v Boston is going to be interesting. WAS is also missing backstrom, and having a real up and down season, they have shown they can hang in with the good teams but can also drop against non playoff teams. Boston dropped 2 games and took one in OT in the last 3 visits to the SE division in the past few weeks. WAS at +155 is def worth a consideration.

Not sure I could I could play the Caps missing their 3 best players (Ovie, Green, Backstrom) against probably the leagues best team. Even as a healthy homedog.

Update from my mobile. I did not play Washington tonight...those were just my thoughts. Nor would I play Boston either. Better games out there to play imo. I did put some on the rangers in reg and PL. Good luck tonight on your plays.
