advice on new team..please...

Hey Guys, the past couple of days i've been making a lot of moves trying to improve my roster...i just made another move yesterday...on paper my team looks good...although projections doesn't look to great...any advice thoughts or things i should consider, anybody i should try to trade for with the guys i have?
would appreciate the help greatly. i also have 2 players that i could pick if you could list a couple that i could maybe pick up or who are set to a break out year.
