Am I crazy to deal Brady in a dynasty league?
thing is, he's 32. Sure, he's going to play at a high level for a few more years but in leagues like this you are better off moving these players a year too early instead of too late. I recently cut TO and will soon do the same with LT. I can't get even get a late round draft pick for LT right now.
One offer made to me was Cutler/Cal Johnson for Brady/Bowe, another was Matt Ryan and Don Brown for Brady, Kevin Smith and the dude's 1st and 3rd rounders next yr(basically a rookie draft, but there are always a few surprise cuts- 10 team league we keep 8). Thanks for your input guys. |

he is obviously not back to 2007, due to time away from the game and the rest of the league slowly figuring out how to stop the pats offensive system
i think he will put up solid numbers for maybe 2 or even 3 years after this season only because he is a proven winner and the pats orginization is one of the best ones around and are more than willing to surround him with talent matt ryan does sound tempting, he is only in his soph year and he looks like he is going to be a premiere QB in as he develops with time & experience. don brown for me is a question mark as i don't know enough about the kid to make a decision.
