Anyone run a CBS FFL?

I caught our commissioner using his privileges as commish to circumvent league rules and manually add a player from waivers before the wires were open to the league (the player in question was Brandon Jackson, who the commissioner added as soon as Ryan Grant got hurt). It showed up in red on the transaction report as being done manually by the commissioner, who never said a word to anyone.

My question is, is there ANY possible way he could have done this accidentally? Is there an extra step when you perform a manual addition as a commissioner? How does that work?

Run several CBS leagues. Pretty sure you have to actually check a box that says use your commissioner permissions & execute immediately. I can't verify this second but I will later if no one else answers.

This is 100% correct..check the box is the only way to get this done..actually 2 boxes to check and it spells out CLEARLY that one is using his Commish priviledges to do it before the waiver wire runs

a PURE cheat move

Awesome, thanks, guys. I wanted to have this information handy for when he tries to say it was an accident or tries to blame it on his son.
