Question C Benson or C Williams

Last week I got burned sitting Benson against a "stout" GB run defense lol

So this week do I do it again?

Cedric Benson vs Pittsburgh
Cadillac Williams vs NY Giants

this is flex position so I could also start Cotchery, S Moss, D Mason or Manningham
tho I lean to one of the RBs

Whatcha think?

I actually like Manningham and his matchup to be honest.

If it's between the backs though, I go with Cedric. Seems to be running with a purpose for once in his life.

I will say that Benson will a least get you 60+ yards and maybe a TD, as they give him the ball 20+ times every game. They have no problem giving him the ball 30 times a game and at 3.0 yard per clip minimum he could give you decent production.

I do not know what to make of the Giants run D, it was obviously horrible against Dallas. I do believe they are much better than that. He will split carries.

Tough call, but i would lean benson.

when in doubt, take the back who gets the bulk of the carries. williams has ward to deal with, benson pretty much guaranteed 20+ carries unless the bengals fall behind early

however should be noted that I am leaning toward starting Palmer in my league this year because I'm thinking cincy will struggle to run it on the steelers like the bears did and opt to throw the ball more since polamalu is out (also like the bears did)

Are those the same Gints who gave up 250+ rushing yards to Dallas?

would start Santana Moss who gets the lions and they are giving up like 4 passing tds a game

With that said I'm considering caddilac over Santana as my flex
