Cutler/Rivers value?

I have put Cutler or Rivers on the trading block in my league. There are some guys that could really use a shot in the arm at QB and one of them sits on my bench every week. I think both their values are very high right now. I am looking for an upgrade at my RB2 or WR2 spots (Jacobs, Roy Williams). What tier of player do you guys feel is reasonable for me to ask in return? I know its early in the season but these guys are putting up numbers like they should have been drafted with Romo & Brees. Your opinions are appreciated.

I say an RB2 and a WR2, or a WR1... Going to be tough for an RB1

Best offer I have received so far is Fred Taylor. Jacobs is my RB2 so I really dont see me gaining anything. No sense in trading away one of the top scoring QB's right now to someone in my division if I dont get a weekly starter in return. I would rather see one of them on my bench not getting points for someone else. I forgot to mention the guy is 0-3 and his best option just got benched.

Tough decision to figure out which 250+ yard 3 TD QB to start this week.

I know, just being a little sarcastic, maybe the jackass that offered me Taylor reads forums on this site. I shouldnt get to excited, my WR options are horrible due to byes. Get to choose between Berrian, Bryant Johnson & Antonio Bryant. Was hoping to get a good trade offer for one of these QB's to help me out.

Wow. Fred Taylor for one of those guys?

That is a slap in the face.

I suggest you look at rosters and see who needs a QB. Then look at their roster and propose a trade. That is what I do when I am looking to trade a player.

Worked ok for me last week. I traded Big Ben, Santonio Holmes, and Pittman for Hasselbeck, Welker, and McFadden. I knew Big Ben was not going to make it and his fantasy numbers are not that great this year.

I think you can get a RB2 or WR1 for either Cutler or Rivers

Do you get 3 points or 6 for passing tds?

I would think you could get a WR1 for either of them.

Maybe a Reggie Wayne or Housh. Studs that haven't done much yet.

3 pt's for passing TD.

I told the guy if he isnt willing to part with Fitzgerald or Jennings there is no reason to further our discussion. Wayne is my #1, Im willing to put Roy Williams in the deal to make it work.

Right now, I would keep both of your Qb's, if you trade one and the other goes down the what?

QB is the most important position and easy to get hurt.

I have Rivers as my QB1 and Eli as my #2, I

wouldn't trade them at all. You have the best 1 2 punch. Keep them.

Looks like both your RB2 and WR2 are pretty decent players too.

You will regret it if you trade either 1 of them. I would play Cutler this week as KC is weaker offensively then Raiders.

You have a good point about having 2 solid QB's. I think I played 5 different ones last year, it was a struggle.

I did get a reply this morning that Firzgerald is untradeable but Jennings was OK with and "ouch" after that. 0-3 but thinks Im trying to gouge him. Out of the two he says he prefers Cutler. My opinion is his WR2 for my QB1 is not worth it. I could go back to him with something like Cutler/R. Williams/S. Young for Jennings/McGahee or Taylor/a backup QB. Not sure.

I also have interest from another guy. What is your take on Steve Smith this year? Is he going to return to glory?
