Hey Quik, the way I see it is this:
Frye and Nene are pretty much the same.
Pierce is much better than Gordon and Jamison but the two of them come close to equaling the Truth's production.
So basically its a pretty fair trade but a lot depends on what you need and what your league's scoring system is. I hope this helps.
