Forte or Shockey

I am in a unique league 2 pts for rushing yards, 3 pts for receiving yards but here is the uniqueness 5 pts for te recieving yards. For example 10 yards for Shockey 50 pts and it would take 25 yds of rushing for Forte to match this.

I am leaning hard to Forte. He is proven, has good hands and this is Shockey's first game back. The cons he is playing Minny which is 4th against the rush with 73.7 yards a game and 8th overall. Carolina is 2nd against the pass and 3rd overall. I may have already answered my own question howeverAny insight would be greatly appreciated.
