good trade or bad trade?

PPR league. I hve cam newton, Philip rivers, and matt stafford. someone just offered a trade. Philip rivers and mendenhal for andre Johnson. my league starts a flex my rbs are Chris Johnson and Tim Hightower and my 3 wr/flex would be Johnson, b Marshall and dez Bryant. any thoughts?

1 thing you may want to consider before doing this...Newton and Stafford are on same bye week.(week 9)

Would shop Newton and Stafford first and see what you can get.

Rivers is still your top QB there with Stafford a closer 2. That being said, Rivers and a starting RB for a WR is a lot to give up even in a PPR league.
