I think I need a new D/ST

I've got Tampa and Carolina. Prefer to start Tampa, but I've got DeAngelo Williams, so I'd be kinda screwing myself.

I'm actually considering picking up and starting Seattle. What do you think about these available D's?:

Jets
Packers
Bills
Browns
Jags
Seahawks
Redskins
49ers
....
Then it just gets shitty from there...

Tampa, not about DeAngelo to me, Jake Delhomme has been very hit+miss this year including some downright awful games against good pass D's like Oakland. Two of those DeAngelo TD's last week could've easily been picks, Delhomme just throw the ball up for grabs then Steve Smith goes up and does what he does, leavin Williams w/ 1yd scores. I'd say Jets if you just don't feel good about Tampa, sounds like you don't.
