Last place in a Keeper league, Who goes first next year?

Who do I draft 1st next year? Players already kept are LT, Brady, Romo, S. Jackson, Westbrook, A. Peterson, Addai, M. Barber, P. Manning, Lynch or T. Henry (this guy won't decide till later).

I am thinking of Gore, LJ, Moss, even, E. Graham. What are your guy's thoughts? I usually end up with the worst luck and a few of my players go down early. All help wanted and will be appreciated. Thanks.

I've never done a keeper league and it's tough to say this early but I guess here's the guys at which I'd be looking:

Ryan Grant..had a monster 2nd half of the year so if GB stays with him he could be huge.
Willie Parker..was on pace to be the rushing leader but lack of tds is an issue and ended up on IR
Ronnie Brown..started off like crazy but got hurt so it would depend on his recovery
Michael Turner..a lot of question marks here like will he end up starting somewhere else, how good of a fit on the new team, how can he handle a full year of starting etc
Jones-Drew..Taylor coming back?
McGahee..had a good year, will he better with a new offense?

Those were in addition to what you were already looking at. Moss could be a monster again. LJ has potential depending on injury. Gore could have a bounce back year. Is Graham the guy for the long haul.

I'm glad it's not my decision lol going to be a long off season for you.

GL

It was a long regular season for me. Last place, but looking forward to next year with the first pick and S. Jackson as my keeper. Thanks for the input Quad.

I've always wanted to get involved in a keeper league so let me know who you end up taking.

Yeah, Ronnie Brown had a great start too.
I got lucky and I got Jackson and Andre Johnson back just in time.
And I lost McAllister but that didn't really affect me.

I started with B. Jacobs, R. Johnson, A. Johnson, Maroney, McNabb. I knew I was done for so I trade and got S. Jackson and he got hurt, but I knew I would have a good keeper for next year.

Wow, that guy Ryan Grant looked really good. He made Gbay look like the old days with A. Green and a young farve. I will really look at him for next years first pick. Gbay really use their RB for everything.

Yeah you definitely can't forget about Steven Jackson. I'm in a bunch of non-keeper leagues and it's possible he slips a little further next year since I'm sure he won't go #2 again. I would still rank him way up there though since he's a strong runner who gets goalline carries and can catch.

i try to stay away from boom/bust RBs like Ryan Grant. I perfer ones who have been consistent and you know what you can expect. Id probably go with McGahee over Grant. i dont know who all is avail but i didnt notice McGahee... take a look there
