Long term keeper league question

I keep 8 guys from year to year in this ppr league...are either of these guys worth dropping for Pierre Garcon or Vernon Davis(although I can't see carrying 2 te's)?

Maybe TO. Garcon still only going to be a #3 WR, #4 option when Gonzo comes back. Davis may have some nice upside for TO.
