Maroney Traded to Denver
** ESPN's Adam Schefter reports that the Patriots have traded RB Laurence Maroney to the Broncos. This clears up New England's backfield situation a bit, with Fred Taylor locked in as the lead back. But it really puts a dent in RB Knowshon Moreno's fantasy value. Broncos HC Josh McDaniels is familiar with Maroney from their days together in New England. We're betting Maroney is given a sizeable offensive role in The Mile High City. We'll have to see how the workload is split over the next few weeks, but we'd now consider Moreno just a borderline RB2. Maroney is worth a pick-up but shouldn't be in your starting lineup.

Maroney had so much promise but he got on that f*ck BB's bad side early and never had a chance. I would love to see him given the reigns.

and I'd like to add some props for Freddy T, 34 yrs old and still doing well. Stuck too much money in his rc's when i was young, but he could creep into the top 10 rushing leaders of all time this year. No turds on this list.
