Playoffs

im in a league where you take 22 starters, 10 man bench. can add 5 players as the playoffs roll along. basic scoring : throw 20 yards = 1 rec or rush 10 yards = 1 throw td =3 rec or rush td =6 team win =3 fg =3 ep =1 def shutout = 15 2-9 pts = 10 10-19 pts = 5 safety = 5 team win =3

what do you guys think of this roster for the first round, its NOT final just wanna get a few opinions :

qb - hasslebeck
qb - roesethlisberger
qb - rivers

i HATE taking hasselbeck because i think washington will win a lower scoring game but hes BIG FAR & AWAY the best of the 8 round 1 qb's, tough to leave him off. im not a big fan of rivers either but unless norv turner does me in i think sd is the biggest ML lock of the weekend and rivers should do pretty well. is leaving todd collins a bad move?

rb - portis
rb - jacobs
rb - tomlinson
rb - fred taylor
rb - e.graham
rb - alexander

i am sooo torn on alexander/davenport/lendale white as my 6th.

wr - santana moss
wr - b.engram
wr - galloway
wr - burress
wr - hines ward
wr - s. holmes

hate having 2 players on same team BUT the wr's from round 1 are not very good , would you work in chris chambers for any of them? and i will NOT take engram out hes having a GREAT year with hasselbeck

te - cooley
te - gates

ONLY other option is heath miller

k - keading
k - j.reed
k - suisham

def - san diego
def - pittsburgh

only reason i took reed & pitt D is because i think pitt wins round 1. skins d is tough to turn away thou as well as they are playing

thanks for any input

as for the wild card round i would rank the qbs as follows

Hasselback their only offense is throwing
Roethlisberger unusual to think pgh throwing but I see down earlier and Arians puts the ball in his hand to win the game
Manning the is the wildcard if he plays like he has on the road all year and if the game against NE is any indication of how they will perform in the playoffs he has a big game
Collings/Garrard/Garcia flip a coin all three are managing the game well and hitting passes when they need to.
Rivers screen passes to LT can get him yards and TDS think they take the game out of his hands as he has been inconsistent
Young/Collins Young was effective in spurts against SD when he ran which opened throwing lanes. With the quad limiting him I think his game suffers. Collings is night, night, day, night, night, day, night so you tell me which one will show up.

rbs

Jacobs he has been the most consistent offense for NYG all year (when healthy) and the cover 2 well set there sights on capitalizing on Manning mistakes so Jacobs will get his yards and atleast a TD
Portis he has been outstanding the last few weeks and the consistent play of Collins keeps 8 out of the box. Also, the Hawks have been ripped on the ground the last few weeks, granted they werent playing for anything but it still alarms me that much yardage was given up and I think the trend continues.
LT hard to put him down here at three but Tenn contained him before and I think they do it again. I say 80 yards rush 25 receiving and a TD still a good day but I think the other two do better.
Jones-Drew I have a gut feeling on this. His bowling ball style in a snow covered cold environment passed on the weather reports is a better back than taylor and I think he has the better overall game.
Davenport same reasons and Jones-Drew
Grahamn I think the front four creates problems and the Gmen can shut down the run and apply pressure on the qb with just the front four causing problems for the Bucs offense to get rolling. Also, I hate teams that sit starters for two weeks, the thought that sticks in my mind about this is it takes atleast a quarter if not a half to get the offense on track.
Alexander I put him here because I think he picks up a garbage TD so it gives him more value than the other backs
Taylor/White yards will be hard to come by and their backups will probably get the yardage due to situations
