S Mac Fantasy Team, Thoughts?

Picked 12 of 12, PPR

Rivers, Philip QB SD (3)
Bradford, Sam QB STL (13)
Best, Jahvid RB DET (4)
Jackson, Fred RB BUF (5)
Thomas, Pierre RB NO (8)
Stewart, Jonathan RB CAR (7)
Murray, DeMarco RB DAL (9)
Fitzgerald, Larry WR ARZ (2)
White, Roddy WR ATL (1)
Manningham, Mario WR NYG (6)
Edwards, Braylon WR SF (10)
Knox, Johnny WR CHI (12)
Lewis, Marcedes TE JAC (11)
Winslow, Kellen TE TB (14)
Barth, Connor K TB (15)
GIANTS D NYG (16)

At 12 it was pretty much WR time, I love White & Fitz. Both Johnsons were gone. Went with Fitz over Nicks, Vick went #1 overall. (the guy wasn't there buy wanted Vick really bad) I think Manningham as a WR3 is super strong as he was a WR2 on my board.

My RBs arent the strongest as I decided to hop on RJB's boy since the cream of the crop QBs would be gone by the time I drafted again in the 5th round (60 overall). So I tried to just load up on the best available. I like Best a lot if he can stay healthy esp in PPR. Maybe I get lucky and Jackson continues to be underrated and a work horse & Thomas and Stewart continue to be productive. They aren't awful for bench RBs and spot starters considering the top 7-8 RBs were gone before pick 17.

With me having to catch up on RBs I missed the big 5 TE's, but I got 2 top 7 from last year. I had Lewis as the #6 on my board, it's pretty much him and Mike Thomas down there. Lance Kendricks went one pick in front of my Winslow pick, but he will do as a backup.

Also this guy claimed absolute victory. He was that guy who didn't keep up and tried to draft (Roddy White in round 4, DeSean in round 8, and the best of all, Vick in round 13.) is this not one of the worst drafted teams of all time?

QB Tom Brady (3)
RB Michael Turner (2)
RB Maurice Jones-Drew (1)
RB/WR Nate Burleson (8)
WR Percy Harvin (6)
WR Lee Evans (5)
WR Steve Smith (7)
TE Dallas Clark (4)
D/ST Steelers D/ST (9)
K Nate Kaeding (10)
BE Deion Branch (13)
BE Matt Cassel (12)
BE Jerome Simpson (16)
BE LaDainian Tomlinson (11)
BE Rob Gronkowski (15)
BE Donald Driver (14)

You did well for 12 teams. Like the WR combo and I agree on Manningham if he can hold onto the ball. Like you said, your key could be your RB. I really don't like Best because he always seems to have an injury problem. I like Jackson, but who knows what he'll produce in Buffalo. The other three are backups or split carries.

Maybe you get lucky and the RB produce this year.

Thats guys team is not that bad. He started off strong and fell apart rds 5-9 especially which hurt is wr's. The guy took Lee Evans in the 5th rd. Harvin in the 6th is nice, but he obviously had no clude based on where he took some wr's. His team did not turn out horrible though. He has a good QB, 2 solid rbs, a good te and 1 good wr. Not sure why you think his team is horrible.

Manningham will be very good this year for you! He is def a WR2 and a solid one.

Like your WRs and the Murray pick inthe 9th. Would look to add Harrison esp if you like Best is gonna get banged up and miss some games.

while you've got a great set of WRs, the weakness at RB is glaring. Best is basically your only solid starter (no disrespect to FJax but Spiller's role will increase) and he is prone to concussions. I think someone said it earlier. You need Jerome Harrison for if/when Best goes down.

Seth: Fogell, this ID says that you're 25 years old. Why wouldn't you just put 21, man?
Fogell: Seth, Seth, Seth. Listen up, ass-face: every day, hundreds of kids go into the liquor store with fake IDs, and every single one says they're 21. Pssh, how many 21 year olds do you think there are in this town? It's called f*cking strategy, alright?

In PPR I think I can get by with weakness at RB since almost everyone is weak at RB unless you drafted top 5

I wouldnt look at it being make or break your season more as providing insurance for your RB1. Harrison is a little bigger but of a similiar mold as Best. If/when Best goes down he should be able to help you out and probably not miss abeat FF wise.

Harrison prob isn't better than Stewart or Thomas who will split carries even if best goes down. Handcuffing hasn't been successful since the 90s
