Should I make this RB trade?

I get Ray Rice and Steve Slaton for Ronnie Brown and Cadillac Williams.

You get 1/2 point for rushing attempt, 1 pt per reception, 6 for TD's, 1 per 10 yards.

You have to start 2 RB's and a flex. I currently have:

Ronnie Brown
Jamal Lewis
Cadillac Williams
Marshawn Lynch
Fred Jackson
Darren McFadden
Jerome Harrison

I figure I can start Rice, Slaton, and Lynch every week now. I think Slaton has to turn it around.

Make the deal.... Rice makes this deal, not Slaton. Rice/Slaton > Brown/Caddy.
