I have him on one of my fantasy teams and am keeping him benched. This is a big game for SD and I think they will stick to throwing the ball with Rivers and Tolbert will be their #1 RB. Matthews is just not reliable enough to trust at this point in the season. It's too bad since Oakland's run D is pretty weak.
