Throwing my squad out there

12 team league. Picked 7th out of 12 (snake draft)

Start 1 QB, 2 RB, 3 WR, 1 TE, 1 K, 1 D/ST

Matt Hasselbeck
(Jeff Garcia)
(Rex Grossman)

Willis McGahee
Michael Turner
(Ronnie Brown)
(Ahmad Bradshaw)
(Jamaal Charles)

Randy Moss
Terrell Owens
Bernard Berrian
(Vincent Jackson)
(Steve Smith) ((Giants, not Panthers))

Todd Heap
(Alge Crumpler)

Pittsburgh
(Carolina)

Robbie Gould
(Josh Scobee)

Definitely thin at running back I know that.

Opinions if you got em. Vincent Jackson over Bernard Berrian is definitely a possibility, what do you guys think?

You better hope neither of McGahee or Turner get hurt, but they are a solid top 2 esp with the wideouts you have, which are awesome. Berrian over Jackson, I think Berrian has a very good year numbers wise. And wit Heaps history, youll prob end up starting Crumpler over him, esp if Alge can regain his form. But if Hassy can put up any kind of numbers and your top 2 backs stay healthy, you have solid club West

If something was to happen to mcgahee or turner I'd just really have to hope Ronnie Brown could be even a little bit relevant. League rewards good receiving backs so I'm hoping he comes back looking at least a little bit like himself.

I think I ended up going Moss, Owens, McGahee, Turner, Hasselbeck, but I could easily be wrong. Draft takes so long.

Reason I took Owens on the way back down was because the 6-8 starting RBs were all pretty much going to put up similar numbers (IMO) and there was no need to draft another RB just because I didn't have 1 yet. Felt like Owens was the best bet.

Was either him, manning, or portis. I'm not sold on Portis and I know Manning is a top 3 fantasy QB, but I felt like the drop off from him to an NFC pro bowl type wasn't that extreme.

Larry Johnson was another option but still don't know if I'm sold on him.

Pats are going to be throwing like crazy again this year, not expecting same numbers as last year from moss but similar. dropping stallworth (i know he wasn't anything great) just leaves more balls for moss/welker
