Trade Offer: Gresham for Tolbert

I picked Tolbert off waivers 2 weeks ago, he is my 2nd flex right now.

I am fairly deep at RB:

Chris Johnson
DeAngelo Williams
Snelling
Tolbert
Cadillac Williams
Ricky Williams
Michael Bush

This guy is hurting at RB with just Spiller and Green-Ellis, and Kenneth Darby on the bench.

His pitch is that i have Witten at TE, but he is on bye this week and he might be hurt. I could use a TE as there is nothing left on waivers.

I would hate to see tolbert turn into a stud, on the other hand, his value is only high because of injury.

Thing is, Gresham is not really a top player. What is my incentive to improve his team and barely improve mine?

Yes i need a TE this week but going forward i'd prob never play him unless witten is out for the season.

Im thinking of a counter offer:
Gates for Tolbert & another RB? he really doesnt have any cover. what would it take to get Gates? Is it worth going after him?
