I would do Ben and Royal for Cassell and Witten. The Pats will probably stick with Cassell for the duration unless he is really bad.

I second that, if you really want Witten. If it were me, I'd wait for a better TE to emerge off the ww and stick w/Big Ben.

i went and offered big ben and royal for cassel and witten

cassel will be fine and witten could possibly give me 80 yds a game and a TD every other game. More points for my team I think by doing this trade

There is NO WAY IN HELL you can make this trade how it is. Remember you dont need the QB he does your team is perfectly fine how it is. Is a TE really that important to you? Witten might average 6-7 more points each week where as Ben will get about the same possibly more. A QB is MUCH more vital than a TE obv. Only way you make this trade is propose this, remember he needs a QB bad: Big Ben, Evans, Royal for Cassel Edwards(or Ocho) and Witten. Only way its reasonably fair.
