Would you trade Dallas Clark and Hines Ward for Vernon Davis?

It's a PPR league and here's who I have on my team now.

I first offered Garcon and Clark for Davis and he countered with Hines and Clark for Davis.

I can work the waivers and pick up Devery Henderson, Decker or Meachem if I do the trade to replace Hines.

You like Davis more than Clark? The two are basically equal in my opinion. Clark can still be solid even with the QB situation. Im not in love with Davis this year personally. Harbaugh has a conservative offensive approach, they have 2 solid WRs so the balls will be spread out. I just think its too early to say that one TE is better than the other and you are giving up an additional player.
