Who would you target/take

PPR, 10 team, one Keeper

I have the 7th pick and already have Mr Ray Rice as my keeper..who would you target for the next two picks?

Looks like possibilities for #7 are A J, Gore, Turner

#14, endless possibilities, A Rodgers, DeAngelo, maybe C J

Any comments are appreciated

TIA

I think it kind of depends on how many of each position you take. But assuming its a standard 1Qb, 2RB, 3Wr format I'd go with 1. Andre Johnson or 1A.Tuner

At 14 if you can take Rodgers do it

In PPR AJ for sure in 1st round

Rodgers in 2nd would be solid but I doubt he makes it especially since 10 players are already off the board as keepers

Depends on where he/they were drafted last season

No player drafted in the first 3 rounds can be keepers. The max a player can be kept is 3 years. One must give up a draft spot 2 rounds higher than where his keeper was taken

Rice fell all the way down to the 8th rond to me last season, so I lose a 6th round choice. If I keep him again next season, I would lose a 4th rounder

But AJ will be available in round one, so I am hoping to get a shot at him. I will know Friday who the other keepers are

Thanks for replies

Agreed, that is a pretty interesting setup. Sounds pretty cool actually. I'm assuming that AJ has three years in already and thatsvwhy he's available right?

No, he is available because he was drafted in the first 3 rounds last season, so whomever drafted him, can not keep him.

It rewards those who do a nice job of drafting in the lower rounds, or even taking a FA along thee way..if one keeps a FA as his keeper, he loses a low draft choice

I believe Jamal Charles was either a low choice last season or a FA, so he is an example of a good keeper and not losing a very high draft spot
