The football season brings out just about everyone; sports gamblers, fantasy football experts, sports touts and other fans that have one things in common and that is they love football.

Even though some sports handicappers excel at picking winners against the spread, it's not always so easy to pick a straight-up winner in the NFL. There are always upsets and that is why we love the NFL.

CappersMall.com and Bet Jamaica bring back the fifth straight year of NFL survivor. The grand prize is $1,500 and it's one of the more popular contests available on the internet.

Each week players will select one team to win (no pointspreads). If you win, you advance to the next week. If you lose, you are eliminated. If you fail to post a pick, you are eliminated. The last person standing will win. The contest will run until there is one winner left.

The contest will begin the first week of the NFL regular season. There will be a thread started by Cappers Mall each week in the contest forum for players to enter picks. The thread will be started on Tuesday’s of each week. You must post inside the correct thread to be eligible. All picks must be entered by Sunday at 1:00 pm EST. All NFL teams are eligible but you may only use each team one time. Once you use a team you may not use it again and if you use a team twice by mistake you will be eliminated.
