College football hogs the sporting spotlight Saturday, with top-ranked Alabama looking to pound Mississippi State. Here's a look at all the action in your Daily Sports Roundup.

The Gridiron Spotlight

The Crimson Tide (10-0, 7-3 ATS) remain atop the AP Poll and BCS rankings, and they'll be looking to stay ahead of idle Texas Tech this weekend by taking care of business against Mississippi State (5-4, 5-3 ATS). Alabama, a 22-point favorite on Saturday, beat 27-21 LSU last game. The Bulldogs are coming off a loss to Kentucky.

No. 3 Florida continues to climb the rankings, and they're pegged as 22.5-point favorites on Saturday against No. 24 South Carolina. Other Notable Events

LeBron James and his Cleveland Cavaliers will play host to the Utah Jazz in one of eight games on the NBA's schedule for Saturday. The Cavs are coming off a 110-99 win over the Denver Nuggets on Thursday which improved their record to 7-2 (6-3 ATS) on the year. The Rest of the Schedule
