The Super Bowl Champion New York Giants and the Washington Redskins will kick off the 2008-2009 NFL season on primetime on Thursday September 4th, 2008. The Greek Sportsbook has opened the Giants as -3.5 point favorites.

Green Bay is 3.5 point favorites. In the other matchup, the Denver Broncos will open the season in Oakland. The Broncos are one point favorites in the matchup.
