Kobe Bryant is next at 4/1. Bryant led the Lakers to the best Western Conference record and is also a likely winner of the NBA regular season MVP award.
After Garnett and Bryant it's a crapshoot according to the bookmakers. Tim Duncan of San Antonio is listed at 10/1 followed by Chris Paul of New Orleans, Dirk Nowitski of Dallas, Chauncey Billups of Detroit and Lebron James of Cleveland are all 15/1.
