altho hadnt seen him in years childhood bud jumped off his 10 story apt last year in hamilton.

also had an old bud get ripped in half once his motorcycle hit railing as he was speeding on highway.

is a good chance you know someone that has done this or died suddenly...

it is a shame that it happens...and can fuck you up... i had a heart attack 3 years ago...it fucked me up just the same..im only 43. i should have died...didnt even go unconscious. with a rate of 300+

Wishing you the best Steve to get you through these tough times. I myself have had a tough 4 year stretch and fully understand how your regular feelings can be compromised by hurt and anger. You need to find the best way for yourself to handle it, for me it has been through talking about things with my friends and family. Judging by this thread alone it looks as though you have many caring friends here. Time will heal things.

Very sad to hear, hope you and your family are coping, and hopefully you can start feeling better soon.

Not that I have experience with it, but the suicide of a close one must be so much harder to deal with than a more normal death. It's only natural to feel a lot of rage and anger.

Deepest sympathies Steve. I have dealt with a very similar scenario and I can tell you, you're doing the right thing by speaking about it and allowing your feelings to be known. The last thing you want to do is bottle these things up. Best wishes and RIP to your friend.
