I had the dodgers to win the WS too darth. Posted them and the Yankees before the season started. It ended up being the best team vs the team that beat the Yankees

They may have been favorites but all that matters is getting it right and picking the winner, not chasing cute numbers and losing them all

I am not a big Dodger fan. But they are the best team, They have bought some of the best players if that's what your a fan of then great. I prefer a team that bring up players through there farm system and drafts them. Kershaw did impress and got the playoff monkey off his back. Congrats Dodgers . Hope we have a regular full MLB season next year.

Rickey they bought some players but many were actual draft picks by the Dodgers. The MVP Corey Seager, along with Kershaw, Joc Pederson, Cody Bellinger, Walker Buehler, Dustin May, Will Smith, Gavin Lux and Tony Gonsolin were all Dodger draft picks

And then there is the pro side. Max Muncy, Justin Turner and Chris Taylor all reached the majors before joining the Dodgers but achieved new, unforeseen heights in Los Angeles.

This team didn’t buy the WS. Not even close. They drafted and developed most of their great talent. They just have the money to pay and keep them when many others like TB do not

Really the only player on this team that contributed big and wasn’t a Dodger draft pick was Mookie Betts. All others were Dodger draft picks or cheap signings. Really good scouting by the Dodgers. And they used one of their good draft picks (verdugo) to get Mookie
