News about bowl games
NCAA FB Oversight Committee recommending ALL teams are eligible for a bowl this season, and bowls can be played as early as Dec. 1.

This is going to be crazy so teams with four or five losses six losses can get a bowl games I say with everything going on this year that's a great idea let them all be eligible in fact add one more bowl game just because of it and then go back to normal next season if we do have normalcy

Bahamas & Hawaii bowls, both owned by ESPN, have been canceled by ESPN.

Before season started, there were 42 bowls, now down to 39 (RedBox Bowl earlier canceled its game)

All 127 FBS teams playing this fall are immediately bowl eligible as NCAA officially approves no win requirements to play in a bowl

Fenway Bowl will not be played this year.

Was to debut this season between ACC & AAC.

Also Myrtle Beach & Los Angeles in doubt, reducing number of bowls to 34.

“Holiday’s decision not to play is 1st domino to fall, more will follow not playing,” source said

With at least 3 ACC teams opting out of bowl games, Georgia Tech could have received a bid but determined it would not be in best interests of student-athletes’ health & safety & would decline a bid.

Saturday’s Frisco Bowl between UTSA & SMU has been canceled

SMU couldn’t play because of contact tracing

Unknown if ESPN will pair UTSA with another opponent in Frisco at later date or put UTSA in another bowl ...
