help cappersmall win the LVH Super Contest - week 3

We are asking cappersmall for help with my LVH Super contest entry. Each and every week I will post the game list and leave the poll open until late Thursday. Odds are usually released by Tues/Wed and we will post them. They will be similar to the odds you are seeing now.

Consensus
Week 1 - HOUSTON (winner)
Week 2 - Green Bay (loser)

Overall cappersmall.com went 3-2 = 3 points. Total is 6-4 = 6 points.

I am going to use the biggest consensus play for one of my five picks each week. Win or lose, trying to find a way for the forum to be involved.

PLEASE VOTE YOUR BEST PLAY. ODDS AREN'T OUT BUT ASSUME THEY ARE CLOSE TO NUMBER THAT'S OUT. Usually odds are out but a little behind with LAbor Day

*these ARE NOT hilton lines. We will replace when out

I have setup a poll for week 3. When odds offically released I will add them in but the poll will only go through late Thursday/early Friday. I have to submit all my picks on Friday.

This is optional of course but would love to get your vote or opinion on any game

FYI, there is many people from cappersmall playing in contest this year. Jahred (who we split two), tmoe, briefcase, hambone - lt's root them all on.

P.S. Every week there is loads of LVH Hilton Supercontest info including picks posted by all entries, consensus top and bottom and other handicapping tidbits that people post all over the net and in several threads here at CM. We are going to use the below thread for as much Hilton info as possible during the season. We are asking everyone to contribute if you have something pertaining. Just post it in below thread each week.

Looks tough at first glance. Rebound week for several teams. Miami bounce back big time ? That would be my bet.

Washington + points, stingy run D should contain McCoy & Sproles somewhat, Eagles recievers nothin special, Skins should keep it close with Cousins at the helm. Cheers Steve

It would be nice if you could find some semblance of accuracy in the injury reports of teams. It's hard to make good assessments not knowing which key players will play and which will not. Is Palmer quarterbacking Arizona this week or is his back-up? Things like this can make a big difference. I could name a slew of other instances but what would be the point (not knowing for sure who will play and who will not).

It seems that Arizona is at a disadvantage with Stanton at the helm- then it becomes a question of this being accounted for in the spread (IMO).

help cappersmall win the LVH Super Contest - week 3

Like Washington as well watched the philly game Monday and they have no healthy linebackers left. Cousins playing well should be a close game

I agree but that's how I felt versus Chicago and look how that turned out. Plus- this is a division game and will be intense (no doubt). Coaching may be a major key in this one- has Harbaugh learned the lessons of what happened against Chicago? Ariens doesn't exactly inspire the greatest confidence (IMO).

Roma- his play calling on offense is somewhat suspect at times and since he's the guy who will ultimately fall when it loses- I'd have to say my confidence in that needs an upgrade. You can blame a Coordinator all day long but in the end the Head Coach will determine what is called (IMO).
