He deserves to be the head coach of the raiders going forward what a job he did after gruden was let go. If the raiders don't keep him then he should be a head coach next season somewhere else with all the openings there are now.

and has done a helluva job under the circumstances

Packers are hiring bisaccia as their new special teams coach. As everyone knows gb's special teams cost them big time in their playoff loss to sf last month.
