Robert Kraft: New England Patriots owner gives to stem sex trafficking

Philanthropy | A Family of Businesses

For me it is/was a lot more like poor judgment on his part.

No this didn't take place in Florida, but perhaps this is the kind of stuff the folks in charge of investigations should be a lot more concerned with rather than if Kraft made an "illegal" deal which would ultimately allow him to ejaculate into tissue paper or napkin.

Sometimes you want to eat a nice steak,
and sometimes you want fast food.
It was the fast-food equivalent of sex.

I sure hope you don't mean that literally as far as the definition of the word "eat" goes with those whores-that is not "exactly" my idea of a good meal.

Kraft's attorney has filed a protective order to keep law enforcement from releasing evidence gathered in the Florida prostitution sting, according to the New York Times.

Attorneys for Kraft and 14 other suspects charged in the prostitution sting filed the motion on Wednesday. Evidence in the case includes video from a hidden camera police placed in the Orchids of Asia Day Spa, and law enforcement have said there is video evidence of Kraft involved in sex acts twice at the spa.

Florida prosecutors reportedly offered to drop charges against Kraft and other men charged in the case. The plea deal would reportedly require them to admit they would have been proven guilty at trial and complete community service, an education course about prostitution, a sexually transmitted diseases screening and pay for some court costs.

It was reported on Wednesday that Kraft will not accept the plea deal.

I agree with this article.
While Kraft and his lawyers took the expedient/evasive way to put a stop to this silly matter, imo in a sense it is cowardice and a cop out.

isn't it illegal to videotape someone against his/her will in a private place ?

hidden camera in the spa room?

I am pretty sure the spa owner did not know about it.
what excuses did the police use to enter the room and install a hidden camera.

Kraft is a fucking idiot. So his not guilty is based on an illegal search of the spa?

Kraft was facing a misdemeanor. He could have said sorry and this would be gone. His case is no clearing his name but rather just a technicality against law enforcement.

There is a bigger case here and that is human trafficking. Let's say Kraft wins this case well now the human trafficking case is in trouble because of illegal surveillance. So Kraft will put a serious case like this in jeopardy because he is fighting a misdemeanor based on a technicality. I hope this makes sense of what I'm trying to say

I keep hearing the human trafficking thing is falling apart and i too think Kraft is an idiot, but if they did do it illegally, why wouldn't you play off that? Any defendant in any case would right?

Kraft's lawyers have accused Jupiter police of misleading the public about human trafficking when this was "low-level prostitution."

The warrant repeatedly refers to prostitution. "Trafficking" is used only once when referring to a similar investigation in another county.

Kraft attorneys challenge the way cameras were planted following a fake bomb threat excuse to enter the premises ...

The warrant authorized police to "surreptitiously enter the described location."
