Since 2003, favorites on Thanksgiving have gone 35-13 (72.9%) ATS
Over the same span, games played on 4 days’ rest (which is the case almost every Thursday) have trended significantly toward the favorite, to the tune of a 105-79-4 (57.1%) ATS record Sides getting more than 50% of bets on Thanksgiving have gone 30-16 (65.2%) ATS since 2003 Current Sports Insights Public Sides: Texans (59%) at Lions Cowboys (53%) vs. Washington Steelers (56%) vs. Ravens The primetime Thanksgiving matchup has only been around since 2006, but it’s developed some pretty strong trends in that short time frame. Following the short-rest theory, favorites in the 14 night games have gone 12-2 (85.7%) ATS ... And with the public generally on those sides, teams getting more than 50% of bets have gone 9-5 (64.3%) ATS. And while the afternoon matchups often bring in non-divisional opponents to keep matchups fresh (20 of the past 34 have been non-divisional), the nightcap has recently become almost strictly a divisional showdown ... Ravens-Steelers will make it 8 of the past 9 years. Unders in the 14 Thanksgiving night games have gone 10-4 (71.4%) That’s compared to a 16-18 (47.1%) under record during the afternoon games on file. The 8 divisional games have seen a 6-2 (75%) record to the under.

Not Thanksgiving related but Lions related ...
Lions ruled out Kenny Golladay, Danny Amendola and Jeff Okudah for Thursday's game vs. Texans ... RB D'Andre Swift is listed as questionable Detroit will be missing key pieces tomorrow vs Houston. Since former DC Matt Patricia took over, the Lions fail to repeat good def efforts. They are 0-10 ATS at home after holding their prev opp to <24 points They lose by >12 points on avg, lost all 10 by >=4 & opps avg 32ppg

Just the same friendly reminder I post weekly in the "spots that pay out thread" ... Use however you want ... fade / follow or simply ignore ... just sharing info.
Teams are 0-6 ATS since 2016 and 3-17 ATS since 2004 as a home dog on Thanksgiving Fits Lions (again)
