Where will Deshaun Watson play next season?

Houston? Miami?? NYJ???

Word today is that the Carolina owner wants him badly. The supposed offer was Christian Mccaffrey and 3 1st round picks

Would Watson want to go there? Would Houston want that huge contract in return?

This is a tough one. He would be better off in the nfc imo cuz if he stays in the afc he will have to go through mahomes and kc for the rest of his career to get to sb's. Carolina might as well throw in bridgewater in the trade since they wouldn't need him if watson comes there.

I’m sure Deshaun playing in college close by at Clemson plays a role. It would be a homecoming of sorts

Interesting takes here from a Texans fan who worked behind the scenes at the nfl network before focusing on his own YouTube channel. The Texans downfall all began with the trade of Duane brown. And then stubbornly letting your young QB get killed for 18 months until the front office moves to get equivalent tackle production, which cost twice as much as brown. Eventually losing star wide receiver because of cap space....

HOUSTON -- Nike has suspended its endorsement deal with Deshaun Watson, and sources told ESPN that Beats by Dre is ending its sponsorship of Watson amid the sexual assault and inappropriate behavior allegations against the Texans quarterback.

"We are deeply concerned by the disturbing allegations and have suspended Deshaun Watson. We will continue to closely monitor the situation," Nike said in a statement Wednesday.

Houston-based Reliant Energy said in a statement that its relationship with Watson was scheduled to end this spring and that the company has "no plans for future engagements or contracts with him."

You can scratch the Dolphins off the list, for better or worse they're fully committed to Tua. The guy who wanted Watson was Flores, that was an issue within the organization, with him gone, there is no QB controversy, Tua will be their starting QB when the season starts

The Carolina Panthers and New Orleans Saints have made trade offers for Houston Texans quarterback Deshaun Watson and are likely to meet with him soon, NFL Network's Ian Rapoport and Tom Pelissero reported Sunday.

On Friday, a Harris County (Texas) grand jury did not find enough evidence to charge Watson with a crime following allegations of sexual misconduct stemming from massage therapy sessions. Watson, 26, is also facing 22 civil lawsuits, but Friday's news paved the way for accelerated trade discussions for Watson, who remains under NFL investigation and is subject to potential discipline under the league's personal-conduct policy.

Watson requested to be traded from the Texans prior to the allegations, and he was inactive for all 17 of the Texans' games during the 2021 NFL season.

The Panthers have been interested in potentially acquiring Watson, who has a no-trade clause in his contract, since the QB first requested a trade out of Houston, while Rapoport noted that the perpetually cash-strapped Saints have the ability to fit Watson's contract under the salary cap. New Orleans restructured cornerback Marshon Lattimore's contract on Saturday, which cleared $18.45 million in cap space and got the team closer to the league's $202.8 million salary cap for the 2022 season.

Pelissero reported that the Texans' asking price for Watson has not waivered -- three first-round picks and additional assets -- and multiple teams currently are willing to meet that price.

The Cleveland Browns have been doing their due diligence on Houston Texans quarterback Deshaun Watson and are expected to meet with the quarterback Tuesday, NFL Network Insider Ian Rapoport reported on Good Morning Football.

Watson met with the New Orleans Saints and Carolina Panthers on Monday, Rapoport and NFL Network's Tom Pelissero reported.

If he signs with Atlanta, Ryan will be traded to the Colts. That’s my guess

Jameis Winston will go somewhere too. Jimmy G is 1 guy and about 3-4 teams still need a QB

The Cleveland Browns were informed Thursday that they are no longer in the running to land Deshaun Watson in a trade with the Houston Texans, a team source told ESPN.

Browns met with Watson on Tuesday in Houston and attempted to convince the quarterback to waive his no-trade clause to play for them. But Watson instead eliminated the Browns from contention, leaving the New Orleans Saints, Carolina Panthers and Atlanta Falcons as the remaining known contenders for Watson for the moment.

The race to trade for Houston Texans quarterback Deshaun Watson is down to the Atlanta Falcons and New Orleans Saints after the Carolina Panthers were informed on Thursday they were out of the running, a source told ESPN's Adam Schefter.
