Oh my God... so young to leave, very sad...
The only player I hated early on, but eventually got to love his plays...

RIP...

Such horrific news. I'm still shook about this, can't believe this happened.
One of the best ever.

RIP to a true legend

Very sad .. at a loss for words
he left behind his wife and 4 daughters . youngest one was born last summer (June 2019)
all 5 people on board died
same copter he has been using for years ( Lakers practice, game ..etc)

in some ways he reminded me of Michael Jordan.
the type of player who can take over a game.
Condolences to Kobe's family and other people's families

R.i.p.
Similar to Chang I wasn't a big fan of him early but grew a tonne of respect for him as his career went on. Life is so precious, such a huge loss. Thoughts and prayers

they were on their way to the Mamba Academy for a basketball practice when the crash occurred.

RIP certainly a shock when my wife asked who he was and I said why and she said "he died today".

It's one of those "time stops for a minute" moments. You may not personally know the individual but you know the impact they have had.

Lakers/Clippers postponed by league and good call. No matter what you thought of Kobe as a man or how he came across, you know the impact on the game globally he had.

It one of those moments where it hurts and it deeply emotional cause he is the same as me and I've watched him in person 6 times have both his jerseys and watched him from day one draft class with Nash Canby Iverson walker ..
