OLG Prize Centre

Any ideas as to when it could/will reopen? I know I can mail in winning tickets but I am intent on going to the mall there sometime and the prize centre in person.

I have not seen any public advisory of the OLG Prize Office opening.

So, no... no idea.

I know a few cities are now set to go to phase 2 of reopening and that includes malls. Toronto has not got the green light to phase 2 yet. Could also have to wait to phase 3 for some stores within the mall to open but I'm not sure. So I'd say within 2-6 weeks if they're taking the initiative to open once they have the green light. I have a ticket over 1k from March. I dont fully trust the mail with an important delivery and I like to have an excuse to spend the day in Toronto. Hope to see it open ASAP but also being cautious with covid.

Personally, Iíll probably hit up an authorized casino to do it when they open vs the prize center

Ontario convenience stores never stopped selling tickets for OLG.
At some point , Loto Quebec terminals were shut down.
IF OLG retailers are selling tickets and there are daily draws THEN
OLG should be opened for prize claims.

Grocery/convenience store employees use face masks/protective shields and safe distancing (limiting number of people inside the store ..etc) to do business

Do large prize claims ( 50K and over) still require OLG investigation and face to face interview ?
you can mail winning tickets up to 49,999 dollars due to COVID-19

they wont shut down the olg daily lottos and other lottos, its reported they pull in 50k a minute with the lottos, so they wont shut it down. Its a cash cow that can never be shut down.

Any luck pete on the keno pick3 or pick 4? I find ever since this pandemic, its been hard to win more than usual.

Well the ticket I have to claim is $1250 for a pick4.

For keno it’s a shit show lately and I don’t touch pick3 anymore

I had 2x $800 and 1x $800 and a couple $200/$400 pick 4 since covid took over

Definitely helped (all positive gains on the daily stuff)

Working towards never needing a boss again.

that's the problem.
If OLG terminals are selling tickets during the pandemic THEN
the prize center should be opened .

Iím actually surprised OLG hasnít updated anything in regards to re-opening of the prize centre.

Or upped the store prize claiming to say $2500

Prize Centre ReOPENED.

Apparently it is an appointment-only process. Appointments offered "for jackpot and major prize winners only.

"Once the OLG has made arrangements to meet with winners of $50,000 or more, it will begin to open up appointments for winners of smaller sums who don’t want to submit them through the mail.
"
