So I won a ticket yesterday worth $1680.80

I called in to book an appointment for me to go into the prize centre to Cash out the ticket. Next available appointment is August 15th. I will be traveling August 10th for 2 months, so I will extend an offer here to anyone on cappersmall who is willing to take the ticket from me to cash it themselves (you'll have to book the appointment to cash out at the Prize Centre yourself). My offer (and its the best I can do, will not go lower) is $1480. So who ever wants to purchase the ticket off of me for $1480 can meet me anywhere in Toronto, and we can go to an OLG terminal for verification of the ticket. There are no signatures or info on the ticket pertaining to ownership, so there's no funny business. Just want to get the winnings without having to wait for 2 months when I'm back from my trip.

Sounds more like you should be offering this to a friend (someone who knows you) rather than a stranger....way too much risk involved for a stranger...you could report it stolen/missing then it becomes real fun...offer that deal to a friend or mail it in
