The matchup between Chimaev and Edwards has been scrapped once again.

Chimaev has been forced out of the UFC Fight Night headliner on Jan. 20 due to undisclosed reasons.


The updated line up for UFC Fight Night on Jan. 20 includes:

Michael Chiesa vs. Neil Magny
Viviane Araujo vs. Roxanne Modafferi
Tyson Nam vs. Matt Schnell
Francisco Figueredo vs. Jerome Rivera

Matt Brown vs. Carlos Condit
Zarrukh Adashev vs. Jeffrey Molina
Lerone Murphy vs. Douglas Silva de Andrade

A high-profile middleweight tilt between 2020 breakout star Kevin Holland and Derek Brunson will headline UFC Fight Night on March 20.

Contracts have not yet been signed, but both sides have agreed to the five-round headliner.

The UFC has not yet announced a location for the March 20 event.

Nikita Krylov will fight Magomed Ankalaev at UFC event on February 27th

Word circulating that the Matt Brown vs. Carlos Condit fight will be moved to the UFC Fight Night card on Jan. 16 after originally being slotted on Jan. 30.

A few different fights have been moved in recent weeks as the UFC finalizes the return to Fight Island.

UFC PPVs on ESPN+ will increase from $64.99 to $69.99.

Also, the annual cost of ESPN+ for new subscribers will go from $49.99 to $59.99 per year.
