If Gaethje fights smart (for once) he should be able to win, BUT I don't trust him. He fights very sloppy at times and takes a ton of damage. Vick is the better boxer, better grappler and the fresher fighter ... he hasn't taken anywhere close to the amount of punishment that Gaethje has over the years. Justin has been exposed and finished by fighters who have exploited his lack of boxing. Also his aggressiveness hasnít translated to much success in the UFC so far ... 1-2, but he has been involved in two Fight of the Night contests already.

Meanwhile Vick is on a serious run ...13-1... 4-0 in his last 4 fights, finishing 3 of those inside the distance. He will be highly motivated for this fight. He has been calling for a huge fight ... He has spoken about it in interviews and taken to social media about wanting a guy in the top 10 for the past two years. He is also pissed over the fact that heís 9-1 in the UFC but ranked lower at #10 in the lightweight division, than Gaethje, who is #7, despite owning a better UFC record. No doubt Justin will be coming in with his usual kill or be killed mentality, but I'll side with the longer, hungrier fighter looking to make a serious statement over a big name

Calderwood is clearly the better fighter ... a proven grappler who can hold her own on the ground, but more effective on her feet with accurate strikes and powerful leg kicks. She has a deep kickboxing background and is highly experienced in Muay Thai. Faria has shown little to nothing in her first two fights and has almost no takedown defense. JoJo should be able to do whatever she wants in this one.

Fili is capable of finishing Johnson but IMO he is going to struggle. Johnson is the superior athlete, wrestler and more accomplished overall mixed martial artist. He has been competitive with some of the very best, hurt some of them badly and out-worked many. Fili struggles when facing guys he can’t physically overwhelm or athletically outclass.

Rani Yahya vs. Luke Sanders has all the makings for a boring fight, total coin flip as odds indicate, slight lean to Rani based on his dominate ground game

Almost 40 years old, Alcantara’s flashes of brilliance are getting fewer and farther between. Lean to the much younger, better striking Sandhagen.

Mickey Gall "should" win but not much can be done with him at current -330 price ... He had no problems with his gimme win over CM Punk and did beat Sage, but until I see more of him I have no real opinion

I'm just praying Conor and Khabib have healthy camps and nobody pulls out, we paid a small fortune for the tickets ... About 30 feet from the cage.

5 consecutive UFC cards now where every fighter has made weight.

This is tied with July-August 2016 for the longest run without a miss in the early weigh-in era.

Usual slow reminder ...

Since this is a TV card, fights will air at a minimum of one per 30 minutes so if a fight ends in 2 minutes, you got 28 to kill. That timeline tends to get stretched out for the main card so they can run 30-40 min over ... And it's a 6 fight main card
