Ryan Benoit has been removed from the card after an ugly scene at weigh-ins.

Benoit missed weight by three pounds on his second attempt, coming in at 129. He was scheduled to fight Zarrukh Adashev, but that bout has now been cancelled.

On his first attempt, a visibly dehydrated Benoit was helped to the scale by coach Jamie Crowder and was unable to stand there under his own power long enough for Nevada State Athletic Commission chief assistant Jeff Mullen to register his weight. A wobbly Benoit was helped off the scale by UFC security and Crowder.

Benoit was then taken backstage at the UFC Apex to be looked at by a doctor. About five minutes later, Benoit returned and was helped onto the scale by Crowder and UFC security. Still wobbly, Benoit was able to stay on the scale still long enough for Mullen to register the weight at 129 pounds.

According to his manager Oren Hodak of KO Reps, Benoit was transported to the hospital from the Apex after the second attempt on the scale.

The heavyweight bout between Ben Rothwell and Philipe Lins has also been pulled from the card ... Lins was not medically cleared to compete.

Diego Ferreira missed weight for his scheduled bout with Gregor Gillespie, weighing in at 160.5 (4.5 pounds over).

The bout will remain on the card, but Ferreira will forfeit 30% of his purse to Gillespie.

Nothing strong enough worth sharing.

Really liked Amanda. Pissed about that fight getting scrapped.

Outside of Cowboy / Morono ... Neal / Magny and Ferreira / Gillespie I have very little interest in this event. This card was cursed, a handful of original great fights lost ...

Corey vs TJ
Cowboy vs Diego
Holm vs Peña

The Main Event is laughable. Dog shit.

First time Ferreira has been finished since a knockout loss against Diamond Poirier back in April 2015.

Gillespie is a complete savage.

Wicked pace, tremendous determination and runs though / breaks Ferreira after totally gassing in Round 1. Dude just chose not to quit ... Extremely impressive performance.

Cowboy is totally washed.

Fantastic career but time to hang it up, and Dana made it crystal clear to him before this fight.

Cerrone now 0-5 (1 NC) in last 6 fights ... Last win was May 4, 2019

MMA tip ...

Anytime an old vet says he had a great camp and feels unstoppable ... Fade.

I hate the sport and won't be watching but Canelo / Saunders attendance just announced at 73,126, a new United States indoor boxing record, surpassing Muhammad Ali-Leon Spinks 2, which drew 63,352 to the New Orleans Superdome in 1978.

Nice to see huge crowds again.

For all the times Cowboy stepped up when no one else would, he's getting his reward / wish.

Dana on Cowboy:

"He wants another fight at 155 and I'm gonna give it to him."

White made it clear that if Cerrone loses in his next fight that he will not be offered any more fights by UFC matchmakers.
