does not bother me one bit. our oil should be going to a port anyway(we have 3 coastlines ffs)
i am only guessing, but i would imagine this is a follow the money cancellation. not enough democrats have financial interests to keep this alive.
by taking our oil to a coast, we are not locking in a reserve,via pipeline, to what could probly turn into an unstable market in the near future.
